Making Patties with the OFEN Hamburger Press is extremely quick and easy.  Load the cylindrical chamber with plain ground beef or your own custom blend of seasoned meat. Pulling down on the lever fills the patty form.  Once filled, slide the forming plate forward and allow the formed patty to come out the bottom of the forming plate.
